گزارش رسمی مراسم افتتاح بند آب سراب تبقوس
تاریخ: جمعه، ۱۹ ثور ۱۴۰۴ خورشیدی
مراسم باشکوه افتتاح بند آب سراب تبقوس، روز جمعه ۱۹ ثور ۱۴۰۴، با حضور گسترده و پرشور مردم از مناطق مختلف، شخصیتهای علمی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی، بزرگان محل، متنفذین، بانوان و جوانان از تبقوس و روستاهای همجوار چون چوب، بدرهزار، لوخک، سرتله، سنگشانده، داله، انبلاق، قادی، کتهسنگ، صوبه، غریبره، روزی، پاتو و دیگر نقاط جاغوری، بهگونهای فرامنطقهای و با شکوهی کمنظیر برگزار شد.
در ابتدای مراسم، مهمانان گرامی توسط نونهالانی که پرچمهایی مزین به لوگوی بند آب سراب تبقوس و تلاش و سازندگی مردم تبقوس را در دست داشتند، به گرمی استقبال شدند. پس از آن، اهالی سراب تبقوس که از شهرهای مختلف چون قندهار، لشکرگاه، غزنی و کابل خود را به مراسم رسانده بودند، به مهمانان خوشآمد گفته و با اهدای یک قلم حاوی لوگوی بند آب سراب و یک بروشور معرفی پروژه، آنان را به جایگاه راهنمایی کردند.
اجرای مراسم بهصورت مشترک و حرفهای توسط آقای محمد ایازی و بانو نسرین احمدی انجام گرفت. برنامه با تلاوت آیاتی چند از کلامالله مجید توسط قاری محترم آقای مرتضی ادیب، آغاز شد و سپس آقای محمد ایازی به معرفی بند، روند ساخت، مشخصات و تاریخچه آن پرداخت.

About The Dam
The necessity for Dam
As a small rural community, we have launched a people-led project for construction of a dam, called Sarab-e-Tabqoos Dam (SeTD), for water storage, production of electricity, protection of the environment and greening of the area for attraction of the visitors and tourists.
Construction phases
In a situation that the rural community in the isolated village of Jaghori district of Ghazni province in Afghanistan suffer from a severe poverty and while a long-lasting drought has intensified the problems, our people have initiated to launch the SeTD construction project as a response to alleviate the situation.
Water Storage Capacity
Based on the feasibility study that has been conducted by the professional and well-experienced experts and engineers and according to their construction scheme/plan, the SeTD’s wall will be about 50 meters in width, at least 25 meters in height and will be more than 120 meters long.
Financial cost and transparency
The estimated construction cost or the cost for building the SeTD will be about USD120,000.
As the project is a community-led dam construction project, it has been arranged to be financed from the grants and financial support of the individuals…
Objectives, Expected Benefits And Impacts of SeTD Construction
SeTD will benefit to SeTV, its neighboring villages and rural areas and a significant area and rural population of Jaghori. Between three to five thousand families and more than fifteen to twenty five thousands of people will somehow, directly or indirectly, benefit from the project.
Your donation will cause to reduce the shortage of water and will improve the rural economy. Your financial support will also prevent flow of people from the villages to the hugely-crowded big cities. It will make difference for our community as it will prevent the students from abandoning the schools and universities because of the severe poverty and economic problems due to drought and shortage of water.
